Pacific Media Group, Inc is looking for a Full-Time Administrative & Sales Assistant for its five-station radio cluster on Kauai. This position is 30 hours/week @ $18.00/hour. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance is available.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant Duties:- Perform data entry across multiple software platforms (training provided)
- Collaborate with departments to ensure order accuracy
- Reconcile daily orders and prepare performance reports
- Support media consultants with commercial processes
- Provide professional client support and communication
- Create sales and marketing support materials
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude
- Assist with additional office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and photo editing tools such as Canva
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with the Kauai market preferred
