WBRZ-TV, a locally owned ABC affiliate, is seeking a Director of Human Resources. The Director is responsible for employee relations, management advising, recruiting, and administration of company policies / employee benefits. Other duties include new hire orientation, facilitating the internship program, and preparing all required FCC/state/federal HR reporting. Candidates must be knowledgeable of state and federal labor laws.

A bachelors’ degree in human resources or a related field is preferred and/or at least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in human resources. The ideal candidate must have excellent people, communication, and organizational skills.
