Key Responsibilities: Programming Oversight: Manage and oversee all on-air programming across Walnut Media’s radio stations. Collaborate with content creators and producers to ensure programming aligns with company goals. Technical Operations: Supervise the technical operations team to ensure seamless broadcast and digital performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions. Compliance: Ensuring the station adheres to all relevant FCC regulations and other legal requirements. Sports Programming: Develop and maintain sports programming schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Build and sustain relationships with sports organizations and partners. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise full- and part-time staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and digital teams to align content strategies and workflows. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
