KTUL has an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant who will be responsible for providing technical support on the day-to-day production aspects of a broadcast..

Responsibilities include:

Operate Studio Camera, Audio, Graphics generator or teleprompter for either our Morning, Evening or Weekend Newscasts
Organize studio sets, cameras and monitoring
Maintain studio, Lighting, Microphones, IFB receivers and Audio facilities
Setup and review graphic elements via iNews Newsroom computer system
Experience:

Experience is not necessary, but education and/or internship in television or related field is preferred
Basic training will be provided
Candidates with degree in Journalism Radio/TV/Film Production or Audio-Visual technology school accreditation is preferred
Hours:

Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Additional hours may include early morning or evening shifts, depending on staffing needs
Other hours on occasion for special assignments
