If you love news and have the drive to win, this is the place for you. NBC news station in Southern Arizona is looking for an aggressive Executive Producer to oversee five daily newscasts. Candidates must be high-energy, willing to take charge of newscast content, be innovative, demonstrate strong communication skills and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a leader with excellent writing skills who can add their creative talents to continue to grow a strong news product. The perfect person for this position will also oversee the Assignment Desk in the evening and oversee content on our digital and social platforms.Requirements:
Qualifications: · Two years of management experience, preferred · ENPS knowledge a plus · News gathering, writing and producing experience required · Strong leadership skills · Ability to make decisions under deadline pressure · Knowledge of best practices for social media · Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to breaking news events · Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (subject to any medical or religious accommodations or other applicable law). · A pre-employment background check is required. · Good driving record. Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona driver’s license.Contact:
