Responsible in assisting Sales Managers & Account Managers w/client services,

Includes processing sales orders, answering phones, scheduling meetings & handling clerical assignments.  Responsible for maintaining accurate records & ensuring the Account Management System is updated weekly.  Responsible for publishing & distribution of daily Marketron reports.  Provide back-up support for receptionist.  Excellent written & verbal skills.


  • Pull Wide Orbit report for all stations and distribute to appropriate AE in the AM. Missing copy reports
  • Expedite any request from managers pertaining to organization, staff support or promotional events/remotes
  • Attend Sales Meetings, take notes, transcribe, place in Sales Share folder, complete any and all tasks that come from that sales meeting.
  • Reprint invoices, broadcast contracts & statements upon request from Sales team
  • Update and maintain shared files, revise sales pieces and qualitative information for general use by Sales Managers and AE’s
  • Keep all internal forms updated and available
  • Sales Orders – Wide Orbit
  • Familiarize yourself with all AE procedures
  • National Accounts – Assist National Sales Manager – everything from entering orders, revisions, PO’s and submitting traffic instructions, invoices & coordinating van stops and remotes etc.
  • Political – Assist w/all political orders, revisions, PO’s, Traffic, Public Files Assist Sales Managers – as needed – filing, orders, errands, weekly reports, Media Monitors, Web research, etc.
  • Assist Traffic Manager by changing DAILY barters & editing orders, inputting missing affidavits and makegoods
  • Schedule on-air interviews with clients with station tours and coordinating with DJs
  • Accounting – fill out expense reports, talent/endorsement fees monthly Assist receptionist with front desk duties as needed


Must be detailed & deadline oriented, have superior organizational & follow-up skills.  Ability to multi-task, work with frequent interruptions & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Arbitron, Tap Scan, Maximizer, Qualitap, Scarborough.
