As a Digital & Broadcast Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be a part of a team that collaborates with our Media Strategists, digital campaign specialists, sales manager, and ad ops teams to streamline workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, the insertion of broadcast & digital orders, pulling and managing reports, proactive quality assurance on systems and dashboards, managing tickets internally and externally, and working with our support teams and order management system to implement and maintain broadcast & digital orders.

This role requires a person who is highly organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to be stretched across divisions with varying workflows and processes.


Qualifications: ·         Strong people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ·         Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a sometimes-chaotic workflow ·         Detail-oriented/highly organized genetic make-up ·         Previous ad ops or project management experience OR Bachelor’s degree in marketing ·         Direct experience with broadcast and/or digital advertising preferred ·         Self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively with a team of peers ·         Knowledge of Wide Orbit a major plus ·         Proficiency in MS programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ·         Strong written and verbal communication skills


* College degree with 1-2 years of sales experience preferred * Strong understanding of local market and digital media. * A demonstrated record of success in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment. * Knowledgeable of Digital products and applications such as Search Engine Marketing, Audience and Search Retargeting, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management and Marketing, Digital Display, Website Development, and Email Marketing. * Strong skills in planning, communicating, organizing, and developing customer relationships., Ability to develop a strategic sales plan. * Write and present proposals that address customer’s specific needs and goals. * Proficient in prospecting high potential accounts and setting up appointments with key decision makers with the ability to secure at least three appointments weekly with qualified prospects. * Effectively able to overcome client objections and articulate the value of recommended solutions. * Ability to deal effectively with tight deadlines, and the diverse needs of management, clients and Media Strategists, with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
