Salem Media Group in Nashville, TN has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Salem Publishing Division. This position is responsible for management and fulfillment of our magazine subscriptions and management of the Singing News e-commerce site.  Medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, accrued vacation and sick time.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities include: Customer Service/Fulfillment Management customer service department for magazine subscriptions Setting outbound call quotas for customer service representatives Processing invoices and renewal notices Fulfillment of digital issue subscriptions Management of print orders for magazines Fulfillment of premiums Management of escrow account for printer and postal requirements Monthly reporting E-Commerce Site Management Product selection Product set up in store Inventory management Fulfillment Monthly reporting Selection and promotion of product of the month in e-commerce site, including scheduling radio ads, banners and eblasts in support of the product

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years customer service experience is preferred Basic bookkeeping experience including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel Detail oriented Ability to meet multiple deadlines Dependable
