The Spencer Radio Group is looking to hire a full-time Program Director and Morning Show host for heritage station 1240 AM and 102.5 FM KICD in Spencer, Iowa.
For 80 years – KICD AM has been the “local information source” for northwest Iowa and portions of southwest Minnesota. We’re looking for someone with the ability, talent and passion to continue KICD’s long tradition into the future.

Responsibilities:
– Hours are Monday- Friday 5:30am-1pm – Work a rotating Saturday morning 5:30am-9am – Oversee programming/scheduling duties on KICD-AM – Host live morning show with local, engaging content – Conduct on-air interviews with guests – Assist in coordinating station promotions & contests – Assist in managing content on website/social media – Voice/produce commercials; record clients as assigned – Computer experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, WordPress – Have excellent communication and writing skillsRequirements:
