Responsibilities:

Producer DutiesHelp prep and produce radio shows Book guests and coordinate interviews Dig up storylines, stats, and talking points for daily segments Board-op and keep shows on track and on time Screen phone calls and help manage listener interaction during shows Run audio, play clips, and help with studio operations when needed Edit audio for on-air use, podcasts, and digital platforms Clip and prep content for podcasts and social/digital use Help with contests, giveaways, and on-air promotions Promotions Coordinator DutiesSchedule station remotes and promo events Keep the promotions calendar up to date Schedule liners, promos, and recorded announcements Coordinate details with on-air talent, sales, promotions staff, and clients Help prep promo materials like scripts, liners, signage, and giveaways Assist with contest setup, winner tracking, and prize fulfillment Be on-site at events when needed (set up, tear down, etc.)
