NRG Media, LLC is a multi-media company located in 9 markets in the Midwest creates and distributes relevant content across multiple channels including FM, AM and HD radio, online listening, owned and operated websites, social media, event sponsorships, cause marketing, sports marketing, and influencer campaigns.  NRG offers its clients marketing solutions that include a robust digital platform, involving targeted display, pre-roll, geofencing and video geofencing, as well as search engine marketing, lead generation, OTT/CTV, video, social media and more, in addition to traditional radio.


Experience: Minimum two to three years of experience in creating and optimizing general digital marketing strategies (Geofencing, Targeted Display, SEM, OTT/CTV, Social Media, etc.)   Who We are Looking For: A logical, process-oriented campaign strategist. A data analyst with a passion for turning numbers into actions. A digital marketer who understands how to influence the consumer on their journey from awareness to engagement. A confident presenter with the ability to work comfortably with clients.   Expectations: You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on a team with varied levels of digital marketing experience. You must be willing to grow quickly and learn new products and approaches to Digital marketing.   Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Microsoft Windows


NRG seeks a Digital Coordinator with experience and expertise to help our team of Account Executives create and optimize digital marketing campaigns for new and existing client partners. The Digital Coordinator will be a valued resource in a fast-paced role, working with Account Executives to identify campaign strategy with a prospect or client, and then create, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs. The Digital Coordinator will be a key collaborator in campaign development, storyboarding creation for display ads, and reporting results to clients. You will also partner with Account Executives to increase their level of understanding of digital campaign strategies. If you like creativity, numbers, and an ability to think through different scenarios all with an eye toward optimizing digital campaign metrics, this might be for you.
