Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Responsibilities include assisting the Local Sales staff with a variety of aspects of ad sales operations.
- Responsible for entering in television and online contracts, pulling spot times, handling make-goods and assisting the sales managers reports and trackers.
- Will develop deep knowledge of inventory and sponsorships.
- May interact with other departments like Traffic and Accounting.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Accuracy and efficiency are mandatory.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must enjoy interactions with team members.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Requirements & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year experience in support role
- Prior experience in a sales department preferred
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid, fast-paced environment
- Wide Orbit experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize
- MS Office proficiency
- Business acumen is a must
