RADIO-DIGITAL SALES ASSISTANT – WIFC/WDEZ/WSAU/WOZZ/WRIG

Midwest Communications in Wausau, WI and Radio Stations WIFC, WDEZ, WOZZ, WSAU and WRIG Radio has an immediate full-time opening for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our team.   You will work closely with the Sales Team to support the sales process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the sales team with research and data entry.
Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports of sales activities.
You also will be responsible for helping out on the front desk with phones.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
