Beyond Nashville, you’ll leverage our expansive national reach through digital marketing, operating across all 50 states with generous compensation packages. Midwest Communications offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions. Job Responsibilities

·         Reach out to potential clients to promote integrated marketing solutions.

·         Achieve and surpass sales targets.

·         Manage existing client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

·         Create creative marketing strategies and advertising proposals.

·         Cultivate and sustain client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

·         Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and client events as required.

·         Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications  –  **Required:**

Demonstrated success in selling Digital media and Broadcast sales.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads (SEM), and Facebook Ads.
Proven ability to develop new business and consistently exceed sales targets.
Comprehensive understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly in digital, audio, and interactive realms.
Innovative mindset capable of crafting tailored campaigns to address client needs.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business development.
Positive attitude with a drive to continually increase earnings.
Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and Auto insurance.
