Base list provided with uncapped commissions

Responsibilities

·         Prepare reports of business transactions, sales activity and expense reports

·         Responsible for superior customer relationship management and serve as a primary point of contact for active accounts and new business

Identify and connect to maintain a full pipeline of qualified prospects
Lead with insights and engage prospects in business conversations
Uncover desired business results for each prospect and client
Discuss expectations and measurement and ensure the proposed solution will deliver ROI
Accountable for learning and selling fully integrated advertising solutions utilizing our full suite of broadcast and digital products
Responsible to meet and exceed all sales goals
Increase revenue through a balance of new business development and up-selling of current clients
·         Provide strategy and analysis of existing business, through review of performance and identification of further opportunities in the marketplace for existing and potential clients

·         Process and confirm orders, resolve discrepancies, credit collections and production-based company policy

·         Cold calling on a daily basis to generate new business both via phone and face to face

·         Develop power point sales presentations for Sales Manager and prospective clients to meet their specific marketing needs

·         Provide client with post broadcast and digital campaign analysis and collaborate with SM and DSS

·         Work with Digital Sales Specialist to sell station digital products

·         Work closely with SM and Creative Services as liaison to ensure effective communication for all parties with commercial production and client promotions

Manage time and be able to handle complex work
Maintain consistent self-motivation
Maintain a high attention to detail
Manage, organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
·         Hours are M-F, 8am – 5pm

Driver’s license, a clean MRV and a personal vehicle is required to perform duties.
