Position Overview
Bonneville marketing department is looking for an experienced, creative Graphic Designer. This is a full-time position that answers directly to the Creative Director. We are looking for a Designer that is experienced in a wide range of media: broadcast/video, web/digital, logo/print and outdoor/vehicle/signage design, etc. This position will provide graphic support for all Bonneville markets (on-air, radio, web, podcast, print, collateral).
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Concept, design and create compelling graphics and animations for motion and digital graphics
Design graphics and animations for special series, promos, sales, community events, on-air package graphics, logos, signage and print/collateral materials
Work closely with creative team on marketing projects
Willing to learn and develop skills on new software/hardware and broadcast equipment
Willing to accept responsibilities and able to work under minimal supervision
Work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Consistently work hours required to meet deadlines, including evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
Demo reel is required
College degree in graphic design and/or animation, related field or equivalent work experience
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, XD, Keynote and InDesign along with Microsoft Power Point, any 3D and experience is a plus
Strong typography skills
Strong foundation in motion design, animation, tracking and compositing
Positive, self-starter, capable of performing under pressure and making good decisions.
Physical Demands
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation
$25.50-$31.00. This range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Hourly rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
