Position Overview
The Bonneville Vice President of Digital Sales will lead a key segment of revenue growth for our company. Building off the existing strength of our digital business and media brands, this leader will have opportunity to shape the future of our company as part of our senior leadership team.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
This position is a hybrid role that will require regular presence at our Salt Lake City headquarters and respective markets. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by senior management.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do: Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: Lead the development and expansion of digital revenue and effective sales strategy and process specific to Bonneville International. Lead the digital sales function by setting a clear vision, communicating regularly, and making changes when needed. Work closely with Corporate leadership, local General Managers and local sales leadership to ensure that company-wide and local digital sales strategies and execution align. Drive strategy to develop existing and new client relationships for the company. Ensure accurate measurement of digital targets, and work with data and analytics team to further refine metrics. Work with local teams in the development of talent strategies including assessment strategies, sales tactics and methods, performance metrics and accountability measures for digital sales teams. Demonstrate deep understanding of Bonneville values and culture in all aspects of leadership. Model and support company values and mission, and ensure compliance of Bonneville’s policies.Requirements:
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ experience leading digital sales at an organizational level in the media industry. Proven track record of innovation and strategy building at a high level. Excellent leadership ability, including the ability to work in a matrixed organization. Deep understanding of media and advertising trends; ability to use data to make informed decisions. Strong ability to lead and motivate teams and peers. A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies. Highly familiar with the benefits and shortcomings of all types of media including, but not limited to “heritage” media as well as all types of current and emerging social and digital media. Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and cultural leadership. Maintain a valid driver's license and proven ability to safely drive personal vehicle without exposing company to serious liability risks. Physical Demands Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
