You are the right candidate if you have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing, website analytics, conversion strategies and tactics that help drive performance and insights for a large global client.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of this role: Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust CRO strategies to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates across all digital platforms and clients. A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the performance of web content, landing pages, and user experiences. Data Analysis: Additionally utilize analytics tools to gather insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance website usability, design, and content to improve conversion rates. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Optimization Initiatives: Lead optimization initiatives, including personalization, segmentation, and targeting to enhance user engagement. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of CRO specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Technology Integration: Integrate the latest technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CRO efforts.Requirements:
Required Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related field. 10 years preferred. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics and testing tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Statistical Knowledge: Strong grasp of statistical analysis and experience in deriving insights from complex data sets. Reporting and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies to stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
