Position Overview

We’re looking for someone with experience in SEO, social media, PPC and strong project management skills to act as a Digital Marketing Specialist for our corporate team, AIM Digital Agency. This role will include executing SEO programs, social media campaigns, assisting in PPC ads and media buying, as well as a coordinator between the sales teams and digital content and fulfillment teams.  This person will be responsible for contributing to the digital team in various ways to help wherever is needed to help the team scale and grow. You’ll have the opportunity to grow and evolve in this role, and be a part of a growing, dynamic team.  This position may not and probably will not look the same a year from now.

 

Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

This is a hybrid, primarily remote role that requires the employee to work from home most days but be available for in-person team meetings and activities, at least once a month. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
What You Will Do:

Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Launch and optimize various SEO and Social Media campaigns.
Ensure fulfillment of digital advertising campaigns for SEO and Social Media accounts.
Achieve and grow digital campaigns based on client goals and expectations.
Work with other digital marketing departments for consistent and fluid workflow of campaigns and management of tasks.
Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level SEO and Social Media campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, optimization, etc.
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues and produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards).
Regularly perform detailed monitoring and analysis of our industry to determine changes in customer behavior and adjusting strategy to capture market demand.
Collaborate with other markets & teams to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met.
Develop and review A/B testing plans with marketing leadership and execute approved testing.
Product knowledge expert. Demonstrate knowledge of selling digital advertising products including digital display ads, SEO, paid media, social media, mobile, programmatic, IP targeting, OTT, e-mail, mobile advertising and website and landing page development.
Monitor and maintain task list of departments to assist in fulfilling of campaigns and work with management to continue to evaluate and improve internal processes and workflow.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

The Ideal Candidate will be self-motivated, positive, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven-oriented environment.
A self-driven and reliable problem solver that can work efficiently with little to no supervision.
Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Retains a strong foundation in the application of 1st party data & analytics to custom tailored digital marketing campaigns.
A college degree in marketing, sales, business, computer science or another related field or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent project management skills: experience with sales operations, project management and operations management systems preferred.
Minimum of two-three years of online advertising experience, preferably with experience in SEO and social media campaigns.
Collaborative approach and a history of working well within a team structure.
Strong understanding of digital online advertising, attribution methodologies & performance reporting, with experience in reporting tools preferred.
General knowledge of Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business, AdWords, LSA, etc.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools is a must.
General knowledge of communication/project management tools like Wrike, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.
The ability to develop client facing presentations is a plus.
Proficiency in managing and presenting sophisticated advertising programs and delivery methodologies.
Meta certified, Google certifications or others is a plus.
Physical Demands

Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation

$55,000 to $72,000

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
