Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist at Bonneville oversees the success of digital advertising campaigns, specific to Bonneville’s owned and operated inventory and AIM (Audience in Motion). This includes meeting with clients routinely and optimizing their campaigns to ensure the client’s goals are achieved. From strategizing the pitch to delivering results, The Digital Marketing Specialist is involved in every step of a digital campaign. They manage the O&O inventory, work closely with the AIM Team, promotions, and sales teams, and integrate external programmatic relationships to facilitate growth in digital revenue, creating opportunities for further monetization.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee fulfillment of all digital campaigns
Train and manage Digital Ad Ops Specialist
Coordinate between sales dept. and corporate ad ops team through an optimized workflow
Assist sales managers, AE’s, content creators, and DSS’s in strategizing campaign optimization.
Lead client analytics meetings
Comfortable with speaking directly and strategizing with clients.
Reading a digital dashboard, formulating, and providing recommendations
Attend client campaign reviews when needed and provide client analytics and reporting.
Implementation of monetization strategy across Bonneville SLC’s Owned and Operated digital platforms. Embedding videos, ad breaks, ad schedules for wide podcast and digital news network.
Optimize our programmatic ad network for display and video streaming to monetize our O&O inventory.
Elevate client’s digital O&O campaign experience by testing and initiating new conversion tracking features through the updated ad server.
Coordinate with sales managers for sales strategy and product training
Find and help create new platforms and revenue opportunities for digital sales.
Communicate updates and strategy in monthly department sales meetings.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Data Studio, JW Player, Adobe Suite, and various project management platforms.
Digital advertising and client-facing experience
Some HTML, JavaScript or coding language experience
Knowledge of programmatic advertising
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years work experience in digital advertising, marketing, or business management.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
Excellent communications skills, including writing and grammar.
Self-starter with the ability to perform job tasks efficiently and effectively with little supervision.
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
Physical Demands
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation
$55,000-80,000. Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
