Content Strategist
We are looking for a part strategist, part writer, part SEO, part UX, part problem solver to lead content strategy efforts for our cause-based clients. This is a highly-leveraged role in the agency, and we’re looking for a leader that can move us forward.

Job Summary
This is a new role at an agency that is growing, both domestically and internationally. As our Content Strategist, you will lead ongoing website and other content projects for a major worldwide client, as well as other clients in the portfolio. You’ll coordinate with talented creatives, social media managers, designers, and strategists in delivering top-quality work for clients who are looking to make the world a better place.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Lead content-centric projects for agency clientele Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that will drive behavior change Build and implement from scratch new agency processes needed to facilitate content development Audit client properties for voice, tone, flow, readability and make recommendations Create high-quality content, in partnership with the creative team Leverage content strategy to drive UX/UI decisions Conduct industry and competitive research on behalf of our clients Educate the agency and clients on content strategy trends and best practices Present to high-level client representativesRequirements:
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content development, marketing, or UX Advertising agency experience (or similar professional services company) Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience telling stories through content, design, and digital experience Experience working with large, multi-language/multi-locale websites History of leveraging SEO tactics to increase traffic, and leveraging keyword research to improve relevance of page content Track record of improving site conversion through copywriting and messaging Experience with information architecture and implementing UX and usability best practices to promote site engagement Understanding of web analytics and identifying and leveraging key quantifiable insights Both technical and creative writing skills Experience presenting to internal and external C-level clientsContact:
