SUMMARY:
Looking for energetic, well-spoken, outgoing and professional candidates to join our Street Team. These
individuals exhibit a positive attitude and act as our Brand Ambassadors. Street team members work with the
Promotions Department at events promoting our radio station(s), our client(s), and the community. Evening
and/or weekend availability is required.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador for Kemp Broadcasting radio stations and all events/promotions related to such station(s)
• Loading and unloading station vehicles with the proper equipment before and after events/promotions
• Executing events/promotions from start to finish – (including but not limited to) coordinating with on-site contact, setting
up and breaking down equipment, signing up listeners for giveaways, and interacting with listeners
• Promoting a positive image of the station(s) and/or client(s) while engaging with listeners face-to-face
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Self-motivated, excellent problem solvers with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and be dependable
• Willing to work outdoors
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be 18 years of age or older w/ a valid Nevada driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds and able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Must have a flexible schedule and ability to workdays, nights, and weekends
PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):
• Previous Street Team experience
• Customer Service experience
• Technical knowledge of sound systems
