Kemp Broadcasting, Las Vegas, has an immediate opening for a full-time Business Manager. Candidates should have familiarity with all aspects of business administration, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, office management and human resources.
Responsibilities:-Managing the business operations for a broadcasting company composed of five radio stations and two billboard companies -Accounts payable -Accounts receivable -Bookkeeping -Financial reporting -Human resources -Managing insurance benefits and enrollment -Processing new employees -Payroll -Maintaining and publishing Federal Communications Commission public files for five radio stations -Recording keeping for EEO
Requirements:-Must have a bachelors’ degree or 3 years of experience in similar role -Experience in AP, AR, HR -Quickbooks -MS Office -Radio experience a plus -Visual Traffic experience a plus -Must be able to work independently and as part of a team -Multitasking skills are essential -Positive attitude
