Description:

This position manages the post sale execution and project management of all digital campaigns sold by 2060 Digital Strategists and WTOP & Federal News Network Account Executives. Manages all activities regarding the launch, execution and measurement of digital media campaigns and products (e.g. social media, websites, mobile sites, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and email marketing).

Responsibilities:

Works directly with Digital Strategists and sales personnel to project manage digital campaigns post sale; Client lead on post sale execution for digital campaigns Creates and develops thoughtful, creative and goal orientated campaign recaps to be presented to clients on a bi-weekly and/or monthly basis Manages and approves digital production schedules, digital specifications and internal budgets Implements and improves standard operating procedures for the onboarding of digital campaigns, including launch timelines, client communication, and internal education Liaisons between digital vendors, 2060 Digital team in Cincinnati and 2060 Digital DC Fulfills requests for proposals from Sales team members and Digital Strategists for 2060 Digital campaign requirements as needed Collaborates with members of the production, product, and creative teams to ensure creative is complete, accurate, and timely while meeting client goals Responsible for maintaining and achieving COGS goals for campaigns managed Helps research and analyze new vendors, products, and product trends in the marketplace. Aid in managing pricing and proposal relationships with specific vendors. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Three (3+) years of digital production experience preferred, within an agency or large marketing department. 1-2 years of experience and strong familiarity with digital products and services (Website development, Mobile, PPC, SEO, Social Media, Digital Display, and Content generation). Strong project management skills Strong focus on customer service and ability to present ideas to both internal and external customers. Proficient in MS Office products. Ability to handle stress effectively. Strong communication via phone and email Excellent data entry skills; with special attention to detail. Google Analytics and Google Ads certification preferred. If not certified, expected to be within 30 days of start date. Strong understanding of display advertising campaigns. Must be highly analytical, flexible and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function successfully in team environment. Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures. Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed.
