Essential Duties
· Prospecting & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly goals in projected sales
· Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
· Campaign Development: Collaborate with clients to understand marketing goals and develop effective advertising strategies which fit marketing objectives for each individual client utilizing traditional radio and compliment current campaigns
· Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare proposals, and ensure proper ad scheduling.
· Market Knowledge: Stay updated on audience demographics, market trends, and competitor activity. Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully. Education/Experience: BA/BS in Business or Communications preferred; 1-2 years administrative experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Writing: Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Math: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Experience in Google Workspace preferred.Contact:
