About the Job: First 30 Days: · Get trained on our sales process. · Learn the benefits of our different media channels. · Learn how to create advertising campaigns. · Learn how to create a proposal. · Learn how to interview a client. · Start meeting current customers and prospecting new. · Read/work through training materials. · Learn our software. 60 Days: · Learn how to create long-term marketing programs · Establish your habits · Understand how to uncover large opportunities · Learn how to record clients 90 Days: · Start seeing the benefits of your hard work · Be able to create large-scale media plans on your own · Find and bring on customers with all you’ve learnedContact:
