102.9 The Buzz, 102.5/106.3 The Game, 94.9 The Fan, 93.3 FM Totally Hits Nashville and 102.1 The Ville is currently looking for an Events Coordinator in the Promotions Department. We seek a high energy individual with a strong organization and communication skills. This is an entry level position reporting to the Promotions Director.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Coordinate, set-up, prepare and work on-site promotions, live broadcasts and events for clients, Preds games, concerts, etc.
- Manage enter to win contests
- Engage with the public at the events
- Help coordinate and represent the station at meet and greets/artist promotions/acoustic sessions
Requirements:
- Motivated
- Able to lift heavy equipment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Have a flexible schedule
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- To work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- Handle multiple projects within a given day and have flexibility to deal with last minute changes and fire drills.
