Cenla Broadcasting is a privately held Louisiana corporation formed in 1973. It conducts business in radio broadcasting, streaming, event sponsorships, and airport advertising.
Position overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our radio station broadcasting group as an Account Executive. This role requires a passionate and driven professional who will be responsible for growing sales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management: Identify and prospect potential advertising clients and businesses to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with future/existing clients, understanding their advertising needs, and proposing effective advertising solutions. Create compelling and customized advertising packages tailored to clients’ goals and objectives. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Manage clients’ needs regarding updating commercials, managing monthly radio schedules, and monthly budgets. Work Schedule This position is considered salaried, normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Work is both office based and in the field.Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Enthusiasm to grow sales and develop relationships with potential clients. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
