Responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership, guidance and counsel to market leadership on all HR matters, including talent management, change management, organizational development and employee engagement. Work cooperatively with Bonneville HR team to achieve strategic HR goals and develop the HR function for Bonneville. Manage HR workflows with HR Coordinator to appropriately apply HR process and policy, including recruiting, compensation and employee relations. Work closely with leaders to apply best practices and company policy in recruiting, performance management and other business processes. Foster a working environment that welcomes all Bonneville employees. Assure FCC EEO and other HR related law compliance for the market. Assure performance reviews/check-ins are completed for each employee at assigned group(s). Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, diversity issues, etc. Maintain employee confidence and protect the Company by keeping employee data confidential. Perform other related duties as assigned. Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of prior HR leadership experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. Excellent abilities in coaching, engaging, and guiding leaders by building effective business-focused relationships. Sound business acumen with problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to understand and utilize HR data and metrics to track and improve upon key processes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively. Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Ability to operate a computer.
