The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of digital content with the ability to communicate and implement best practices set forth by the Digital Sales Manager. Within their market, this individual will work closely with sales, digital fulfillment and content teams. to achieve short and long-term goals along with consistent revenue growth.

Demonstrate knowledge of selling digital advertising products including digital native advertising and promotion, SEO, paid media, social media, mobile, programmatic, IP targeting, OTT, e-mail, mobile advertising and website landing page development.
Consult with Account Executives to create native content in line with client expectations and needs.
Participate in pre-sales digital campaign details
Manage all aspects of post-sale digital campaigns for the market
Work with Digital Sales Manager and Account Executives to collect appropriate digital assets for campaign implementation
Implement and monitor all digital campaigns in multiple platforms accurately
Execute, manage and recap digital campaigns for sales team
Pull regular digital reports that monitor campaign and digital growth
Lead weekly Sales on Books (SOB) pacing report meetings for your campaigns
Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Bechelor’s degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, related field or equivalent is preferred
A minimum of 2-3 years of advertising support, digital and data & analytics experience
Understanding of digital online advertising is a must
Media buying and agency experience a plus
Familiar with platforms like GAM, DV, Datastudio
Ability to assist with client facing presentations
Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions for recommendations
Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter
Able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a timely manner with accuracy
Exceptional organization skills and detailed oriented
Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies.  Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and project management tools a must
Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.


Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Ability to operate a computer.
