Requirements:

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in business management or executive leadership. Experience in non-profit {in particular 501(c)6} or association management. Strong communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of broadcasting or ability to learn quickly. Government relations or advocacy experience preferred. Event management experience and familiarity with broadcasting regulations are a plus. Attributes Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills. Professional presence and ability to represent the organization. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
