Full-Time Post Production Supervisor Needed

The Post Production Supervisor needed for a very busy advertising and communications agency. This person will manage the assignments and activities of the editorial staff on the Boncom team to ensure projects stay on schedule. You will work closely with your team members and the Digital Asset Manager to make sure all projects are archived as they come in house. You will work closely with the production team lead, account managers and creative directors to create schedules and deliver projects to clients on time. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, even-tempered under stress and pressure, and detail-oriented.


Roles and Responsibilities

Work with account management and the media team to compile a list of deliverables required for each project.
Forecast post-production department labor allocation.
Assign post production personnel to projects.
Receive and implement feedback from Creative Directors and clients.
Keep projects tracking on time and within the post budget.
Make sure all required approvals have been received.
Supervise final finishing: music, stock footage/IP clearance, mix, color, etc.
Quality Control of deliverables.
Supervise final delivery of all required assets to the client.
Manage the daily assignments of the editorial staff.
Act as the technical liaison between production, editorial and vendors.
Continue to look for post-production talent.
Continue relationships with our independent contractors.
Must be comfortable handling multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to collaborate as a team, and create a culture of excellence.
Represent Boncom professionally to other departments within and outside the company.


Experience and Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Post Production Supervisor or equivalent in film production.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere workflows.
Experience working within budgets and staying on schedule.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience delivering content within digital and network specifications.
Some editing ability on Premiere helpful.
