Position Pay:$16.50 Per/ Hr.

About us: NonStop Local ABC/FOX Montana is Western Montana’s leader in local news, weather and sports coverage on television and digital platforms! Affiliated with the ABC/FOX network, KTMF serves the Missoula market along with viewership across Montana through our broadcast network of Cowles Montana Media stations.

About this opportunity: KTMF NonStop Local ABC/FOX-TV is seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team in Missoula. Come to work with the fastest growing broadcast station. This position will be responsible for sales assistant duties. Computer competence with strong detail orientation and organizational skills are required. Previous broadcast experience is preferred though not required. If you love Data entry and working with Adobe Creative Art programs in an office environment and working with a diverse group of individuals this job is for you.

About this role:

Full-time Sales Assistant needed Mon-Fri 8a-5p to work in a fast paced and fun broadcast television station where culture is the key to our success. You watch us on your TV and on your phone so come work with us behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities:

Data entry and support role within the sales department
Local and regional accounts order entry
Generating sales reports
Assist in developing sales packages for both ABC, FOX and SWX with management
Work with account executives to ensure receipt and accuracy of necessary information
Sales software data input
Executing strategic Digital initiatives in support of the sales dept
Power Point Sales presentation building
Assist in scheduling department and client meetings with the team
Assist in event planning and execution including, but not limited to, printed event programs, liaison with event facility and staff, invitation database and rsvp tracking
Assist with fill in Front Desk duties when required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:

·         ​Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma

·         Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

·         Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service skills

·          Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks

·          Independent worker and self-starter

·          Ability to learn new digital applications

·         Wide Orbit knowledge is a bonus

·         Office Experience 1+ years preferred

Physical Requirements or Restrictions:

·         Standard work is done from a seated position

·         Sight and dexterity to do computer input

·         Standing, walking, and moving

·          Ability to sit for long hours at a computer screen
