Description:
Essential Duties
· Prospecting & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly goals in projected sales
· Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
· Campaign Development: Collaborate with clients to understand marketing goals and develop effective advertising strategies which fit marketing objectives for each individual client utilizing traditional radio and compliment current campaigns
· Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare proposals, and ensure proper ad scheduling.
· Market Knowledge: Stay updated on audience demographics, market trends, and competitor activity. Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media
Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping area businesses grow in the Four Corners region through the effective use of radio advertising
Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.
Education/Experience: BA/BS in Business or Communications preferred; 1-2 years administrative experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Writing: Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Math: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Experience in Google Workspace preferred.
