NRG Media is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Producer and Promotions Coordinator to support live programming and station promotions across our radio brands. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and wants hands-on experience in radio, promotions, and live events.
This position works closely with on-air talent and programming staff while also helping coordinate station promotions, appearances, and events that bring our brands to life in the community.
Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in radio broadcasting, audio production, or media Experience producing or assisting with live shows or podcasts Basic audio editing experience (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar software) Experience with promotions and events On-air board operation or studio experience Experience working with scheduling, calendars, or promotional logistics College coursework or degree in broadcasting, communications, journalism, or related fieldRequirements:
Help prep and produce radio shows Book guests and coordinate interviews Dig up storylines, stats, and talking points for daily segments Board-op and keep shows on track and on time Screen phone calls and help manage listener interaction during shows Run audio, play clips, and help with studio operations when needed Edit audio for on-air use, podcasts, and digital platforms Clip and prep content for podcasts and social/digital use Help with contests, giveaways, and on-air promotionsContact:
