KPLC seeks a digital content producer/reporter to join our innovative team of journalists.
Responsibilities:
A digital content producer/reporter will enterprise stories for digital platforms, including collecting and editing video/interviews. This role includes presenting information through our livestream platforms. Key skills include ad-libbing, writing for broadcast/web/social media, creating engaging content, and cultivating contacts in the community. An investigative mindset is a plus! A candidate should be well-versed in creating news content for streaming and social media platforms, writing for the web, and delivering breaking news content live.Requirements:
Qualifications include having a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
