REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
Four year college degree or equivalent experience required.
2. Experience:
Experience in selling sales promotions, vendor, coop or cause marketing required. Experience in broadcast, radio or cable sales preferred. Experience in presenting and selling integrated media packages to non traditional revenue clients is required. 3 years minimum television or related sales required. Previous sales management experience in top 50 market preferred.
3. Equipment:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required. Experience with collateral broadcast industry software; One Domain, Wide Orbit, Scarborough/Prime Next preferred.
4. License:
Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and a good driving record. Proof of insurance and personal transportation is required.
5. Skills:
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to direct the sales promotional efforts across multiple platforms and must be able to work within a team environment. This person will be ultimately responsible for developing sales promotion campaigns, creating timelines and deadlines for implementation, working with multiple departments and multiple clients in coordinating campaigns and then will be responsible for performance posting. Ability to solve problems creatively. Ability to make professional presentations to individuals and groups. Minimal travel required.
