Description: Master Control Supervisor. Full time position, pay DOE, full benefits package offered.

Responsibilities: Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Create and maintain work and vacation schedules for Master Control Operators. Assist all shifts with problems as needed. Perform emergency fill-in coverage for Board Operators if required. Train new Master Control operators. Liaison between Master Control Operators and other departments. Bring specific personnel or operations systems concerns to the Chief Engineer and/or Director of Engineering as needed. Aid in familiarizing the other operators with any new policy changes. Ensure the engineers are aware of equipment that is need of repair. Keep necessary items stocked in MCR. Print transmitter log sheets and EAS items as needed. Satellite Coordinator and Shipper: Coordinate feed requirements with the Program Manager to create a Satellite record schedule. Create record tapes (label blank record stock) for operators to utilize. Maintain the program/record shelves in MCR. Maintain the tape library. Order programs as needed and ship programs back to syndicators after air. Work with the engineers to ensure the satellite receiver-decoders (IRDs) are programmed correctly.

Requirements:
