Description: -o- Oversees sales of all digital products (9News.com, Metromix, Momslikeme, HSS.net, mobile, apps, etc.)
-o- Provides leadership and direction for the sales team and plays a key role in developing interactive sales strategies.
-o- Networks nationally, regionally, and locally to stay abreast of emerging digital and online trends, rates and product solutions.
-o- Meet with customers and effectively identify creative interactive solutions and ideas that generate results.
-o- Coaches, trains, motivates and develops sales staff on growing digital revenue streams and audiences as well as products.
-o- Actively develops digital sales opportunities and communicates to the AEs and management team.
-o- Works with team to review digital metrics and statistics and maximize opportunities.
-o- Participates in weekly marketing and management meetings.
-o- Helps develop annual digital forecasts and is responsible for weekly digital flash and pipeline reports.
-o- Ideal candidate will possess not only the ability to think creatively, but will be able to lead the staff in the development of innovative ways to generate revenue from the many digital and interactive opportunities available.

Requirements: -o- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-o- Expert knowledge of all facets of digital sales and marketing.
-o- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to promote and sell concepts to team and customers.
-o- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing sales staff to achieve revenue goals and high performance.
-o- Adept at creating new revenue opportunities from synergies between interactive sales and broadcast.
-o- Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills, including proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office applications.
