POSTION PURPOSE:

Bonneville Denver is seeking a dynamic sales professional to oversee digital sales for all Bonneville Denver stations. The ideal candidate will have a track record of growing market share of digital business by creating integrated marketing solutions, developing client relationships, coaching account executives and generating revenue. They will develop and maintain a strategy to ensure digital revenue growth across digital assets.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Communicate effectively to build and maintain successful internal and external relationships with local sales managers, account executives, digital execution team, buyers, planners and clients
Take full ownership of digital budgets and goals and develop strategies to improve sales year over year
Develop targeted, customer focused marketing solutions using multiple media products
Train and coach AEs on digital advertising tactics and products
Work with Local Sales Managers to determine Account Executives annual goals
Measure, grow and exceed digital sales and market share goals
Analyze and provide reports, market/competitive analysis and potential growth opportunities
Regularly accompany each AE on sales calls to coach and support the digital sales effort
Generate creative approaches for developing digital sales programs and tools to strengthen sales
Work closely with Program Directors, Promotions Managers, Director of Digital Media, the Director of Sales and station LSMs to maximize results for clients
Identify new potential online products and work with other Bonneville markets and Corp digital team
Demonstrate knowledge of selling digital products, applications including mobile, social media, targeted (geo fenced) ads, SEO/SEM.
Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures

Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

College degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, related field or equivalent is preferred
A minimum of five years successful sales experience, including two to three (2-3) years as an effective manager, directing the accomplishment of sales objectives, preferably in broadcasting
Highly computer literate in all Microsoft Office products
Excellent understanding of effectively pricing and managing inventory
Skilled negotiator with ability to up-sell
Proven history of achieving budgets
Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions from finding and follow-through
Highly familiar with the benefits and shortcomings of all types of media including, but not limited to "heritage" media as well as all types of current and emerging social and digital media
Maintain a valid drivers license and proven ability to safely drive personal vehicle without exposing company to serious liability risks
Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination
Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion
